Memberships
Peoria Park District offers a variety of annual memberships designed for golfers of all ages and experience levels. All memberships include unlimited walking golf at our five outstanding facilities, weather permitting: Kellogg Championship 18, Kellogg Executive 9, Newman Golf Course, Madison Golf Course, and The Loop at the Golf Learning Center.
All memberships listed are valid for the full 2026 course season, January 1 through December 31, unless noted.

Junior Golf Memberships
Ages 17 & Under

Add a Junior to your Peoria Park District Golf Membership for just $10. Valid from the date of purchase through August 15.
Or purchase an All-Year Junior Membership for $150, valid January 1 – December 31.
This membership is only sold at Kellogg Golf Course Pro Shop.
The Peoria Park District offers a membership referral program called the “Partner 2 Play” program.
In this program, a customer or “member” who wants to benefit from the program will find a “partner” to join the club. A “partner” is defined by anyone (friend, neighbor, co-worker, family, etc.) that the member knows. This “partner” cannot have been a Peoria Park District Golf season pass holder in 2024 or 2025. The benefit of joining the “Partner 2 Play” program is that the member who brings in a “partner” will receive a reduced membership fee along with the “partner” that comes in with the member.
Partner 2 Play membership is only sold at Kellogg Golf Course Pro Shop and are not available for All Inclusive Memberships.

Use this re-loadable card to get a discount on green fees and golf car rentals at all Peoria Park District courses.
For every $5 you spend, you’ll receive an extra 10% on the card. For example, if you spend $50, your card will be loaded with $55.
Purchase the Play Card at the Kellogg Pro Shop. Gift cards may not be used to purchase Play Cards.
